Can I personalize my item?
Yes, you can personalize your item even if it doesn’t already come with personalization. Adding an age is $3.00, adding a name is $10.00, and adding both a name and age together is $10.00. Please note that some items cannot be personalized due to the type of fabric used; if that is the case, I will message you right away to let you know. Where are your products manufactured?
My company is based out of Sacramento, CA. All of my products are thoughtfully crafted in my personal design studio, where I carefully select high quality fabrics and materials for every piece. Each item is handmade by me with attention to detail, ensuring that every outfit reflects the care, creativity, and craftsmanship that define my brand.
What is the return policy?
Each item in my shop is handmade upon purchase. Because of the time and care that goes into creating every outfit and dress, returns are generally not accepted unless the mistake is on my end.
If you have any concerns about sizing, please message me with your measurements at the time of purchase. I am always happy to help ensure the perfect fit before your item is made. Providing accurate measurements helps avoid the need for adjustments or returns later.
Since every piece is made upon purchase, I kindly ask that you review your order carefully and reach out with any questions before checkout. Returns or exchanges will only be considered in cases where I have made an error.
